We are relatively new to the Geopak version of Corridor Modeler/Roadway Designer (have been users a little over 6 months) having come from Geopak Road and Geopak Site background. I have experienced numerous computer crashes (Bentley exception errors) or lockups daily and am curious to find out what recommended system requirements are, not minimum system requirements. We are currently using MicroStation V8i SS2 and Geopak V8i SS2. Any other perspective on why the operational issues could be occuring would be helpful as well.
You should not be experiencing those crashes so I'd be interested to see what is going on. Are any of them reproducible?

No, unfortunately. I have discussed with colleagues here in the office and it's not isolated to my machine. Anywhere from switching models within files, to opening a different file, to modifying a line, to my personal ones on my computer - use of D&C manager, D&C manager with CM open, not all templates available to select in my End Condition Exceptions list, zooming in/out too fast with my wheel. Those are just some examples. I started logging Service Tickets and have had prompt replies; but none seem to work, especially because I can't re-create them. Nico did mention that it may be a memory issue.
