MX - problem with pavement (and cross sections) design

Hi all,

I recently was designing pavement for my project. Almost everything went smooth but as always there are some major/minor issues:

PROBLEM 1) I have two triangulated terrains...one is simple (TX00) and another one is more detailed and sub-divided (TX99). During process of pavement designing when I choose simple terrain I can go to pavement design window and set zones and areas but when I choose more detailed terrain (TX99) pavement design window do not appear and error occur Run time error "9" "Subscript out of range"

PROBLEM 2) When I want to use earlier designed pavement ("use stored section") I get error:

although I know that design and ground isn't missing at ANY chainage. What is most interesting that when I use "create new cross sections" everything is ok but I can't use it later anymore and have to repeat procedure of creating it....

PROBLEM 3) Now most annoying thing...I designed pavement with 4 zones and 6 areas and  topsoil strip and now I want to display it. Easy thing...just go to menu-->draw-->type of drawings-->draw existing cross sections window appear...I'm choosing my model with pavement sections, set everything according to my needs and now the roulette...sometimes cross sections appear with all pavement zones and areas and sometimes don't..sometimes only few sections with not all areas, zones are drow or sometime MX crashes and generates error report. I was struggling with that couple of days and so far noticed that the more areas, zones I have there is nearly 100% probability of something will go wrong and my cross section will not appear.

Problem occurs in  MX 08.11.07.494 and  08.11.07.427 (I did not tested earlier versions) in Windos 7 64 bit. I also didn't tested generating cross sections by inputs but once I create one I will let you know if problem 3 still occurs.

 PS

I found one forum thread with similar problem to my "problem 1":
