I'm running MS 08.11.07.443 and IR 08.11.07.536 on a number of Windows 7 machines. When developing or editing vertical alignmens in a profile set I've seen mixed results. Sometimes the dynamic graphics update as expected, sometimes they do not refresh and display all pre and post edits, and other times the modifications do not show until the vertical alignment is annotated. This is not related to the state of the pen/pencil lock. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, have a solution?
Thanks, Ron
I have seen this with Profiles/Vertical Geometry creation. In a room of 12 computers, I kept having the same 2 or 3 computers with the same problem. I recall chasing it back to the video card and/or graphic acceleration setting. Anyways, user workflow also seemed to compound the issue on said machines: for example by them not fully accepting (that extra left click) the placement of a PVI before moving to the next location or changing to a different tool in the middle of a vertical curve command, it kept the 'temporary' linework hanging to the screen. Hope that helps, Good Luck.
