I have an ASCII drainage network file but is not successful in importing it in inroads.
Could somebody tell me what is wrong with my data and format?

Chris, I copied your text to a .txt file and then imported to an empty .sdb with no issues (using InRoads Ss2 08.11.07.536). I got 3 manholes from left to right connected by the 2 pipes. When in the workflow are you getting the error?
