InRoads: Problem of Modeling a berm

This is actually a common yet somewhat tricky situation.  The only solutions I have seen are to use point controls to force the left side (top as shown) of the template to follow the "Yellow" line.  A similar method using point controls can be applied to the origin point, to force it to follow the yellow line until it gets to the blue line, where the blue line will take over, this method requires a modified template for the first portion of the run.
