Site Modeller Export TTM

I have created a Pad design in Modeller

In modeller I then use  Project>Export Model/Object>TIN

Then I use the Digital Terrain Model>Export DTM>triangle TIN to Trimble TTM

This all works well with the exception that there are not enough points coming through (for machine grading) along the radius of the corners of the pad.

I have jacked up the linear and curve stroking settings every where that I can find them i.e. Model, Object & Element.  I even went so far as to fillet the corners of my Pad to no avail! 

This unfortunately is a a critical component to the job so any help from anybody would be great.
