hello guys please how do you go about annotating a profile sheet generated by the plan profile generator, before printing it out. thanks guys. Joe please can you respond to this.
Regards
When I have used the P&P generator, it has always create a profile set that is referenced into the sheet. By annotating that profile set in that reference file, it shows up on the sheet.
What is nice, is that although the profile set might be split into a series of profile views, they are a single profile set and will respond to commands as a single set.

If I understand correctly, you would do a "Geometry>View Vertical Annotation" for the alignment. This will give you the vertical curve data and linework. This needs to be set in the .xin file.
To get your elevations and banking (or whatever else you desire), go to "Annotate Profile". There is a list of annotation available here. This needs to be set in the .xin file.
Try to make sure you have pencil lock on to allow updates.
Then use the Plan Profile Generator.
BTW - I usually just create sheet files and reference in the sheet border and profile, create match lines and clip boundary the profile.
