Is there any information available from Bentley on best practices for using GEOPAK's Roadway Designer with ProjectWise? The GreenBook from 2011 available on this site does not mention this topic. I'm specifically looking for information on how to handle ITLs, RDPs, ALGs, rddbs folder, etc.
