MXROAD - Contour Plan

What is the best way to display the contour levels on a contour plan? I have created a contour plan using both of the following methods but cannot find a suitable way of displaying the contour levels:

1. Analysis
2. Surface Analysis
3. Contours

3. Height contours from triangulation
