I can't seem to get proposed cross section elements to draw on my existing ground cross sections. I run the process and it works through the cross sections but draws nothing. Any solutions? A colleague in another office was able to do it, so I am assuming I have a setup problem.
Just an update on this. The user was trying to cut cross sections along an alignment that was different then what the Corridor was created along within Roadway Designer. It is okay to do that, but you are required to import that new alignment within Corridor Modeler first.
Hmmm, would need to see the data to investigate further. Have you logged a ticket? We will need to likely setup a meeting to look at the problem in your environment. Usually when this happens, it can't find the DTM for some reason when it proceeds to cut the sections.
Chuck,
I am having the same issue. Launched Draw Cross Sections from Surfaces as suggested and still no change.
If I am not mistaken I think this can happen when a user accesses the draw cross section from surfaces tool outside of the Corridor Modeler Dialog. You must have Corridor Modeler Dialog opened and the current project preferences loaded, then use the icon on that Dialog only. I am not for sure if this is your problem, but it is a requirement you must follow.
Thanks
Chuck
