For those who have been following the "Bentley Support" thread (posted 6th August 2008), this is an update...
I am still awaiting any response through the Bentley Support ticketing system for all of the below tickets, submitted on the 1st of August;
I have just received notification from Bentley Support that all of the listed issues have resulted in either a Bentley Trouble Report or a Bentley Change Request.
This means that they have been looked into and the appropriate course of action will now ensue.
