Can somebody show me the minor option that controls the distance between top of annotation boxes area (Level Datum) and the lowest section string points in drawing stepped long sections.

Take out the datum annotation part. Comment the datum lines and run again the input.
There used to be a bug related to datum in the stepped long sections (at least if using macros).
If it works, then the bug is still around and you may try by moving datum all the way to the bottom.

I'm trying for first time a stepped profile via linemode and met some problems. I attached my model (DD12), final drawing and inserted a listing of my input file. There are issues in stepped parts of profile for grid, geometry string annotation and line connecting IPs.
