InRoads SS3 - can not load a gpkDgnAT.2.0.dll

I had those same problems at first.  It's because there's a conflict between InRoads SS2 and SS3.  Uninstalling SS2 will get rid of the issue completely.  Notice the error in the CMD that there is an error trying to load files from the SS2 build:

SS2 default location - C:\Program Files\Bentley\Inroads Group v8.11\

SS3 default location - C:\Program Files\Bentley\InRoads Group (SELECTseries 3)\

I'm sure some changes with .cfg files could help, but I decided not to worry about it since I am running Hyper-V (Win8) on my rig.

FYI, I have gotten this same error with Win7 and Win8...both x64.

Unfortunatelly I can not get rid of SS2 - I have a lot of work in progress right now. I would like to move myself to OpenRoads with new projects but I still need SS2 to work on present tasks simultanously.

I suspected you install InRoads SELECTseries 2 in the same machine.

Maybe you can try to edit this file …\Bentley\MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries)\MicroStation\config\system\load_inroads.cfg

You can remark (#) all the variables, except Load_InRoads_Ss2 = 1.

Load_InRoads_SS2 = 1

#Load_GeoPak_SS2 = 1

#Load_GeoPak_SS3 = 1

#Load_InRoads_SS3 = 1

I forgot to change this cfg file to load SS3 and whenever I started Inroads SS3 from the start menu or an icon Microstation tried to load inroads SS2.  After changing this variable in cfg file problem disapeared.
