Is it possible to edit the pavement cross slope of a civil cell after it's been applied?
I've tried drilling down into element information and was able to find a cross slope for the pavement edge. However editing only produces undesireable results.

Yes . this is a basic process and is done by selecting the edge of pavement element (be sure you have the 2d element with profile NOT THE EoP Profile by Template) then drill into element information and change the slope
Tthiss andmany otherr edits can be performed on the intersection, inc. editing templates, switching templates, parametrics, profile adjustments to curb returns (for drainage etc.) and many more

Note there is also a civil cell "Modified T that will adjust o the secondary Rd width and cross slope.
