Unhandled Exception when starting up InRoads SS3

When starting up InRoads SS3, I get the MicroStation open file dialog box, but as soon as I try to go into a drawing I get the following error:

After I select "Continue", the following text window shows up:

The program seems to start without a problem, but I want to make sure that this is not a problem that is going to create other problems down the road. Does anybody have any advice on this?
