&lt;p&gt;To fix this select the cell CL (Red line) open the properties / element information. &amp;gt; Under the Transition offset Rule, change the value from Base Geometry to Extended.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;this allows the offset element (CL) to follow the reference element (Gap). the gap was introduced when the element was extended to the intersection.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Alternately it may also be that the profile was inadvertantly shortened, in this case the shortest common denominator (Hz or Vt) is used in the terrain. Feel free to send me the file for varification&lt;/p&gt;or the reference element vertical elevation was changed.

The reason for this is because the reference elements are essentially substituted out by the elements you select when the cell is placed. So whilst it may look like an issue when viewed in the DGNLIB, it should place correctly when used as a civil cell so long as the elements used for cell placement are designed appropriately.&lt;/p&gt;
