I have been receiving some questions from users about the template editor dialog disappearing and unable to get it back without having to restart MicroStation and InRoads or GEOPAK. We have tracked this down to the following Preference setting... WORKSPACE > PREFERENCES > POSITION MAPPING > USE POSITION MAPPING. If you turn this setting OFF, you will likely begin to see this issue. The issue will be logged and addressed in a future release.
