Pop-Up Menu, Semi-Annoying

Question

Good afternoon. 
 I am using Microstation V8I SS3 and I get this annoying pop-up whenever my pointer is selecting certain elements. How can I remove this pop-up? Thank you, I appreciate the help!

These are context sensitive menus offing appropriate options for the selected element, so the content changes depending on the element, the only common option is the first icon which is for properties? They will only appear when running a SELECTseries 3 civil product. If you just want tooltip info on the element or access to the customisable right click menu you don't need to select the item only hover.

This heads up menu is hard coded in our OpenRoads products and cannot be disabled. The only way to disable it is to launch Microstation alone without InRoads/GEOPAK/MX.

Sorry, there is no way to disable. As Ian mentioned above, if you select and hover you will get this menu. If you simply hover, you will not get this menu. Also, if you run only Microstation (no InRoads loaded), you will not get the menu.

One way you can work around this is to disable pop-up info. You won't get the info about levels and such when you hover over elements, but the pop-up will be gone. I hope this helps!
