Using as an example a road that has a civil cell at a intersection, how can I integrate the cell within the corridor in order to report the offsets and to get the volume quantity.

Component quantities are currently only available when drilling down into the civil cell for the constituent parts like the linear / area templates. This process is intended to be made simpler in the future to allow reporting of the entire civil cell.
