Hi Sreenivas
What problem are you seeing when you run the file?.
Your text style setup at the start appears to be in the correct format with Option 808 followed by Option 001.
I notice that there is another 808 option at the end of the file, this is blank in relation to font so it will reset to the installation defaults. If you delete that line it will stay with the original Option 808 setup.

The text style options are in the correct format. If arial.ttf does exist and view\configuration\data convertion\fonts does not map arial to another font then the text style should be as defined in your options.
I'm uncertain as to what your problems are as the header lines cannot be read.

Remove the path from ttf file so it's "001,arial.ttf", I've done it and works.
Also a suggestion, define yourself a pack of current used text styles and name them, 808 in help gives examples, and just copy/paste them into inp/mcm files and use them with "808,3=STYL" where "STYL" is your current defined text style. Consistent results every time, that's why we use MX (linemode), except when it raises hair.
Have fun,
Val.
