I am trying to view my cogo points table from View Geometry->Horizontal Annotation. For some reason, I can only see coordinates, not elevation. all the elevations are zero "0". Can you help me turn these point elevation on?

The first thing to check iwill be the review of the cogo points to make sure they have a stored elevation value on them. Go to Geometry > Review Geometry Points and you can check out each cogo point one at a time or select the 'Report' button on the right. This will generate a text window with the information that is stored on the geometry points.
if you see valid elevations (elevations other than 0) stored on these points and you cannot get the Horizontal Annotation Table to work can you please check under Help > About Bentley InRoads so we can verify what version you see this issue in? I tested this process in InRoads 08.11.09.493 and the report appears correct.
