User has a 2D DGN file that has contours, brealines, points. Is there a way to convert the 2D file data to a 3D terrain model?
The "Create Terrain by Text Interpolation" command can import data that has text elevations. Create filters by selecting the Graphical Filter Manager button, select the filter options, and then step through the command.
