When opening an ALG through ProjectWise, the ALG is read-only. InRoads version 08.11.07.615
First, check to make sure the ALG has not been locked by another user. Please refer to the following instructions:

Does this functionality allow ProjectWise users to simultaneously work on different alignments in the same geometry file (say User 1 works on Alignment 1 while User 2 works on Alignment 2 if both alignments are in the same geometry file)?
