Trying to use the corridor modeler cross section labeling tool and every time I click on itI get an error that states: “Job number can not be found in the active directory". This project is in ProjectWise all other tools are working OK.
I have also tried this outside PW as well as on other similar PCs. The GPK file in the same directory as the CAD file with the rddbs folder in that same directory.
Do you have the gpk in ProjectWise or do you check it out? Either way, make sure that eventhough the gpk is in the same dgn directory (and by default that is your working directory), go to the user preferences and set the job directory path to the location of the gpk.

That is currently how I am set up. I went back and verified that the preferences are set correctly. What confuses me is that the other tools on the dialog work just not the labeler.
if you copy the gpk to a local drive, and set the preferences accordingly, do you get the same error?
Has anyone been able to resolve this issue? I am getting the same error on a FDOT project and I am at my wits end trying to resolve this myself..

are you also working on PW? try and delete the rsc files and make sure you set the preferences to the job directory.
it could also be an issue with the gpk itself. you could send it to us with the dgn and we can take a look.
