cross section labeler Error: "Job number can not be found in the active directory"

 GeoPak SS2 08.11.07.615 
 ProjectWise SS4 08.11.11.111 
 Windows 7 Enterprise 
 Trying to use the corridor modeler cross section labeling tool and every time I click on it I get an error that states : &ldquo;Job number can not be found in the active directory". This project is in ProjectWise all other tools are working OK. 
 I have also tried this outside PW as well as on other similar PCs. The GPK file in the same directory as the CAD file with the rddbs folder in that same directory.

I am sorry for the inconvenience with this. I have tested it and can confirm the behavior. I have filed a defect

make sure in your geopak preferences, cogo preferences, job directory that you set the path by selecting with the hour glass.. i have seen it where if you don't have the \ at the end of the path

this issue could also be that you have a corrupted chain in the gpk. try and rebuild database.

Unfortunately there is not time frame on this as the tool does not exist beyond the version you are in. The workaround would be to take the files out of ProjectWise temporarily and then label the cross sections and then put them back into ProjectWise.
