My civil handles are not always visible. They seem to be visible at only certain zoom ratios. I don’t understand this relationship and think this is a bug. I am working with an open roads SS3 horizontal alignment. “Handles” are enabled and the alignment is selected. The civil handles appear and disappear as I change zoom ratios (see video, and dgn). I have tried two different computers so I don’t think it is a video card issues. How do I correct this problem?
