Windows 8.1 + MX SS3 = big problem

Hi everybody,I have r ecently bought a new laptop with Windows 8 64bit pre installed on it. I installed MX SS2 and MX SS3 and Microstation SS3 and they works fine. I also tried to migrate to Windows 8.1 and that was the moment when things started getting really weird...After upgrade to 8.1 my MX SS2 and MS V8i SS3 both were working fine but MX SS3 was starting, all tool bars were appearing but some of them were greyed and most of MX "design" functions were inactive. When I wanted to close the MX I was getting a lot of Microsoft.net framework errors and MX was almost instantly crashing. Installing MX SS3 after upgrading from fresh Win 8 to Win 8.1 didn't help and on the contrary doing the same with MS V8i SS3 wasn't a problem. I suppose the problem is with new MS net version 4.5.1, in Win 8 there is only 4.5.0. I also tried to turn off net 3.5 and 4.5 then turning it on again and it also didn't help. I tried almost everything related to NET framework but problem still exist. Right now I'm using Win 8 and will not be upgrading to 8.1 I know that MX SS3 hasn't been certificated to work with Windows 8/8.1 yet but can someone at Bentley check for me if he/she has the same issues with Windows 8.1. and MX SS3 and is it related to MX itself or maybe there is a simple workaround for this problem ??

As you mention Windows 8 and 8.1 aren't supported operating systems for MX v8i SS3. For that reason I'm unable to offer install advice for Windows 8 and 8.1 operating systems issues. 
 Even if you manage to get the software installed and be able to create a project there can be parts of the software that don't register correctly and give errors such as the .pss issues that Kuga is seeing. 
 Installing on an unsupported operating system is a risky move as it may cause problems with your projects that may impact work deadlines. 
 The best advice I can give is to run MX on a supported operating system until such time that a version is released that supports Windows 8 and 8.1.
