Errick, yes the problem is still there in ss4 but It has been fixed in OpenRoads Designer Connect edition

I am having this issue in SS4 running InRoads 08.11.09.878. Trimmed civil elements and also deleted featurized elements are showing up in the exported DWG file (Civil 3D 2016). I submitted a ticket regarding this issue on today but wanted to post here as well since this does not appear to be totally resolved yet.

It appears you are using SS3... There should be NO issues saving as a DWG even when using civil Geometry ruled elements with gaps and intervals.

What year DWG were you saving the DGN to?

I believe the behavior is related to civil geometry. If you use a crossing select on the arc in Autocad you will find there are 2 arcs, one trimmed, the other not. What I suspect happened is the arc was drawn using civil geometry in Microstation and the arc was then trimmed. In Microstation you only see the trimmed arc but the original civil arc is still there. It's just invisible, but if you select the arc the invisible part becomes active with manipulators so you can edit the arc. I'll call this invisible arc a baseline.

When a DGN with civil geometry is exported to DWG both the trimmed arc and the original baseline arc become standard elements because Autocad does not support civil geometry. Thus you will find that all your invisible civil elements have become separate visible elements in the DWG.

Mine looks a little better. I tried different options but still it will extend some of the lines. Interesting thing is that if you hover your cursor over those lines in microstation, they also get extended. Did you try that command in autocad that was suggested here? this may be something for our platform guys. How did you draw those lines?

Assaf, it looks like the arcs are not coming in for some reason. If you could upload your files, we will take a look over here.
