Hi,
Is it possible to create a Civil Cell for this complex T section? I spend a lot of time in it, without success.
The basic asphalt and curbs are good..... the rest won't get in to the cell?
What am I doing wrong
Thanks in advance

Attached is the 2D version of your cell. Understand that the 2D aspect of any cell is the most critical and the hardest portion to create. Without a complete understanding of Horizontal rules and relationships a user will struggle to create basic cells.
you can test out the cell by placing it on the 2 linear elements in the design... At first you may notice on placement the one sidewalk edge displays in the street intersection, this is because the sidewalk offset needs to be increased..

It Works!
Only problem what I have now is how to define all the clipping references?
When I define all surface as a clipping reference it all go's wrong.
First I would not use clipping as my first choice for intersection cells. Rather a trigger can be put in the thru road corridor that kills the end condition and shldr or curb and gutter... I will post a video on mbuilds YouTube channel later today for this....
If you still want to clip, create a terrain using all the cell. breaklines. You will also need to build a fake grade to expose the tie in feature to include in your clipping terrain. Once placed use the 3d clipping terrain boundary to clip the corridor... there are also other obvious uses for this terrain such as contouring etch.
Micheael,
Did you already record that video?
Thanks in advance.
