Using InRoads SS3.
Simple corridor with just a few template drops. Some template drops were edited in corridor (from Corridor Object level). dgn file with corridor was closed. When re-opened I wanted to synchronize templates in corridor with my itl library. Itl library is opened, but when trying to synchronize template drops with library, I get warning notice that template can't be find in the library file. (In corridor objects template points to correct path in the library).
My workaround is to copy folder in itl file to other name, and then change template drops instead of synchronizing them.
One more thing, why we can not synchronize all template drops at once. Neither via corridor objects nor in project explorer. For now I do it in Project explorer, I deactivate corridors rules and click one template drop by another.
Being by the template synchronization, is there an option to backsynchronize template in library to one editet in corridor? With ird files we could re-import template drop from corridor to itl library via template library organizer.
Anyone have similar concerns and problems?
Thank you.
I am not experiencing the same problem when I edit the template and then attempt to synchronize. Have you tried this with a different itl, maybe even in a different windows folder?
Hi Adam,
I wasn't able to reproduce your first issue - synchronizing template drops after re-opened.
Synchronizing a set of template drops and exporting edited template to ITL - I think we should have both of these options. Currently, when more than one template drop selected we can only delete them.

I have the same issue. and tried to create a new ITL and copy old templates to the new ITL file. And then selected from the corridor objects to the new ITL file. But, it is not updating!!
Is my ITL or template gone corrupt!
Help appreciated from experts..
Thank you,
Abhiram
This is an old discussion, and you should probably start your own thread. Make sure to tell us which version of the software you are using. There have been quite a few releases, and many bugs that have been fixed in the updates, as well as functionality that stopped working.
Did you read this thread?
Adam Wieczorek said:It looks that templates drops are added to corridor not by template name but by internal ID. When I delete template that is used in corridor and than create new template with the same name and try to synchronize template drops in corridor I get this warning that that template can't be find in the library file. n order to synchronize templates I need to edit each template drop and pick a new template (with the same name).
Did you go back through all of your corridor objects and select the new templates to reassign them?
