Thanks Kate, I did finally get this to work. The InRoads IHSDMLandSML.xsl does work as does the wsdot xsl assuming every thing is in the proper locations. This style sheet requires that the file MyOutput.xml be in a specific location, in my case it needed to be in the InRoads StationOffset folder with the style sheet. There are still some errors or missing information in the IHSDM application side but I thinke the output from InRoads does work.

Hi Mike - the stylesheet has some errors and some pathing problems. I have a dataset, output files and updated stylesheet that I can send you. These import correctly into IHSDM. We don't access our reports from the default Bentley location, so you would just need to update that information in the stylesheet. Also, I updated our LandXML to IHSDM technote fairly recently: www.wsdot.wa.gov/.../IR-Data2IHSDM_V8i.pdf.
