I am noticing that in version 674 of SS3 I can no longer use the horizontal offset tools from interval elements. Why is this? I can i get around this? There are many circumstances where this type of operation would be necessary.

I just updated to this version and I am having the same issue. Has there been any resolution?
I have also noticed the "Remove Interval" function has been removed. When selecting an element, there used to be a function in the pop-up window that would allow intervals to be removed from an element.
It is still there- you can get to the tool in Element Info by going to that intervals parent element and rt-clicking on it. However, lets all be sure to tell them we want it back on the interval element itself
Defect 117138 has been logged for the issue with the horizontal offset tools and intervals.
