Hi!
I am having issues with multiple workstations/users with a 3d file (that our office did not produce) that has elements that some disappear when InRoads is running but fine in Microstation. We want to use as a 3d file - so exporting to 2D is not an option.
Things that I've tried so far:
1) change active z-depth & display depth
2) delete temporary survey elements (though there were none apparently in the file)
3) Upgraded to SS2 for Inroads
What I found on another site was something about a tool called "remove user data" - which I have yet to find and use.
Would appreciate any help!
Thank you!
Christina

This article should provide the answer, and a link to an app that can be used to make the graphics permanent: communities.bentley.com/.../6008.delete-temporary-survey-graphics.aspx

Kevin,
Thank you for your reply. I've already used this tool for the design file I'm working with. There are no temporary elements to delete/make permanent. This tool did not fix the issue.
Regards,
Will you please post the DGN file. You can either attach the file to this thread, or post it on our FTP by following the directions in this article if you do not want to share the file publicly: https://communities.bentley.com/help/w/be_communities_help/7079.be-communities-secure-file-upload.aspx
I got permission to upload the dgn file to the secure file ftp.
Thank you,
