Does anyone know what this means? "File asc2dtm.ma was not found" I'm trying to create a .dat file by extracting my point data, and the only way I can get it to work is to do it in 3d and extract graphics. The option to extract XYZ is shown in the DTM file menu, but will not execute when selected. I'm running Geopak SS3 08.11.09.493. Any help is much appreciated.

Firstly, did you do a search to see if that file (asc2dtm.ma) is in your GEOPAK folders? If it's not there, you may need to do a reinstall.
I assume this is the native GEOPAK tool (as opposed to an OpenRoads tool)?
The "Extract XYZ" tool expects that you have an ASCII file that contains column based XYZ data. Is that what you have?
If you are trying to extract graphical data from a 2D DGN, you'll need to use the "Extract Graphics" tool.
If you are extract points from a 2D file, then you will need a dialog setup similar to that which is attached - where the mode is set to extraction and the type is set to 17 (text) or Text Nodes (depending on what data you have).
If you expect to extract breaklines or contours, you will need to set the Mode to Interpolation and set the dialog according to the data you have in the DGN file.
