I have inroads running within microstation v8.11.9.578. Im new to microstation but I am trying to follow the tutorials and create a surface from lidar data then create cross sections. I think i have the workflow down but the tools I need are missing, particularly roadway modeler and data acquisition. When inroads first loads the roadway modeler tab is there for a short second and then dissapears (see screenshots). The data aquisition tab has never been there. Is this a setting I have to enable? Any ideas on what could be wrong? Thanks
heres the screenshots
What kind of InRoads license do you have?

You mention Ss3. With Ss3, Data Acquisition becomes Survey and Modeler goes away - replaced by Tasks and Tools within MicroStation and its task pane.
It's a whole new world. Get ready to watch a ton of youtube videos.
