I just started using Power InRoads and I notice the InRoads Menu doesn't have "Modeler" in the menu bar anymore, but is now in the Civil Tool Task bar. Is there a way to get it back into the menu bar?? -geewizz
What version are you running?
SS2 should have it, Ss3, is new technology - Open Roads and does not use the Roadway Designer any more. It does still use the template editor, but the modeler is all done in MicroStation.

I'm using version 08.11.09.674. So doesn't use the roadway designer file (.ird) or template file (.itl) files anymore?
The ITL is still used in SS3. The IRD is not used anymore, however, existing IRD files can be imported: communities.bentley.com/.../12623.import-ird-into-openroads.aspx

Great. Hmmm, can it export a design out to a .ird file. In the case, that if somebody else is using SS2 can use it.
There is currently no functionality to export OpenRoads data to an IRD file.
I'm trying to use the import .ird function in Power InRoads and it say, "Cannot locate plan element SCS. Geometry must be imported before importing corridor SCS_C"
1. So I set actived my Horizontal and Vertical geometry
2. Actived my Horizontal geometry (to display the alignment)
3. Created the vertical profile
and I still get the same error message. I'm I importing my geometry wrong?
Okay, I think I found the answer to my question with this video for the simple workflow to creating corridor model:
