Sometimes when I make complex Terrains, PowerCivil (Benelux 09.674) the surface ignores the boundary (see red triangles in image). The Edit Terrain model function doesn't seem to work.
Does anyone know how I can solve this kind of problems?
Thanks in advance Louis
Can you provide the Terrain for a closer look.

Hi Mike,
I've uploaded the file here. This problem appears many often when I make complex road intersections.
Thanks,
Louis
The reason this is happening is because your arc at nose of the island does not exactly meet the line on the side of the boundary (at the very least the elevation is off on the NE edge of the arc line intersection)
This introduces a small gap in the terrain where the terrain then triangulates inside the arc.

Why not just delete the unwanted triangles? Should take 5 seconds...oh wait, this is Microstation. nevermind.
Thank you Mike,
Indeed, there was a very little gap.
I discovered the profile intersection tool in the vertical geometry tab. This was the tool I was looking for all the time (this kind of line intersections appears many often in my projects).
