Hello Fellow, I am amazed by the interesting technology which keeps pouring out of Bentley team of developers. So far as I know I haven't seen any example where cross-sectional levels at vantage chainages are displayed as shown in the attached drawing extract. Could anyone advice me whether InRoads has the ability to display cross-sectional level information as shown in the extract drawing attached to this query. If it is possible, can you please tell me the work flow to achieve this result. It could be in InRoads SS2 or SS3
I look forward to your responses. Thank you
When you are referring to the 'cross sectional level', are you wanting those elevations of the features in a DTM to annotation in the plan? We have ways of annotating surface breakline features through Surface > View Surface > Annotate Feature, where you can annotate the surface feature points at an interval and turn on/off certain objects to display.
If you only have these 3D graphics of the linework for the site, you would need to import the linestrings as breaklines in a surface using the element elevations. This will allow you to use the annotation commands through InRoads.

Are you asking how to cut cross sections along the RED lines in the attached drawing?

Thank you guys.
