I'm using MX SS3. What's the best practice to create slope signatures? In native MX it's as simple as 035/036 commands but i cant seem to find any equivalents in SS3. Is it possible to have them integrated in a template as a separate object so that they can be turned on/off as needed?

At this moment, there is no equivalent command in the OpenRoads tools - and it is not possible to add them to a template. You could take the features created by the template back into MX (Export to native), and use the MX commands to create them when needed.
