Convert CAD elements (like survey data) to feature definitions

The VBA macro Levels2ORD.mvba is a tool to convert elements to OpenRoads Designer feature definition.
Based on the level, elements in the active model are converted to a feature definition. In a sheet of workbook (XLS) the mapping between levels and features is defined.
The attached ZIP file contains:
