I have a user that cannot go to open a cross section style. The dialog has these options grayed out. Any ideas?

Does anyone have any good tips or good Geopak plan view labeling styles they would like to share or give me tips on. I am the only person in my office using them and I am trying to spread the word about the benefits of using these styles.
