Grid lines and shading issues when printing double stack plan sheets with aerials?

I am looking to print plan over plan roadway sheets with aerials on, but even when everything appears okay in ORD, the PDF comes in with the bottom aerial slightly darker along with grid lines showing. Top aerial is fine and prints properly. I have…
