Why does this always default to Horizontal Difference when it is Vertical Type? Is there any way to change the default of Vertical to be Vertical Difference? Horizontal and Slope default to the correct one but not vertical.

In InRoads SS2, In a template, I could set a style constraint for a point to be horizontal, vertical, or both. In ORD I am only seeing the option to set a Horizontal Feature Constraint. What happened to the vertical option?
