Answer:

Following is the procedure to generate an XML report that will give the closure data of a horizontal alignment:

1. Go to Tools > XML Reports > Geometry
2. Type in the name of your horizontal alignment:
3. Click Apply to bring up the Bentley Civil Report Browser
4. On the left pane, select the report "Traverse.xsl".  This report is located in the Geometry folder.
