Context Tool Box does not appear for Geometry Elements

Problem:

When working with the OpenRoads Geometry elements and you select an element or hover over an element, the Context Tool Box will appear but if you ever move off the element and hover back on it, the box will not appear again and you cannot use the tool.

Solution:

This can happen if you have the Element Selection option set to 'Add' elements to the selection set. In order for the context tool box to work properly on an element, that element needs to be the only one in a selection set. When you try to 'add' multiple elements together the program will not know what type of context tools can be accessed and used for that element(s). If you are using the Add option and you already have the element selected, move the mouse off the element, and then come back to hover over the element again, it will display a message "Element Already in Set", so it will not bring up the context tool box. This is why even working with that 1 single element can cause problems accessing the tool box, so make sure the element Selector is set to 'New' as you are working with these options.
