Problem:

I am trying to use the command Geometry > Horizontal Curve Set > Add PI to place multiple PIs.  However, I can only place the first two and unable to place a third PI.

Solution:

This problem most commonly occurs when the user has unintentionally toggled on Design Criteria.  Try turning off Design Criteria by going to Geometry > Horizontal Curve Set > Design Criteria.
