Question:

The icons on my toolbar have gotten mixed up.  How do I fix that?

Answer:

You may need to reset the toolbars.  You can do this by going to Tools > Customize.  On the Toolbars tab, select "Reset All" to reset all customized menus and toolbars to default settings.
