Can I Launch MicroStation and then Load InRoads SS3 from the Applications Menu?

Question:

Can I launch MicroStation and then load InRoads SS3 from the Applications Menu?

Answer:

Due to the enhanced integration with MicroStation in SS3, it is no longer possible to launch MicroStation and then
launch InRoads from the Applications Menu. An additional program switch is now required which must load a portion of the InRoads functionality on startup of MicroStation.

If you will be using the InRoads application at all in MicroStation you must open the product with InRoads initiated and then you can immediately close the InRoads program. Once the InRoads program is closed it will no longer report a usage for the license and the Application Menu will be available to activate InRoads when needed.
