Storm & Sanitary and RailTrack are not available in SS3

Question:

Why I am unable to launch InRoads Storm & Sanitary and/or RailTrack from the SS3 start menu?

Answer:

Neither Storm & Sanitary or RailTrack were delivered with this SS3 release. InRoads Suite SS2 will need to be installed in order to access these products.
