Error Message:

When attempting to open an sdb file that was exported from StormCAD, the following error message is received:

"Unsupported database version."

Solution:

This error message is most commonly received when there are duplicate labels (names) in the StormCAD file.  While StormCAD will allow duplicate names, InRoads does not.  User should check the StormCAD file and verify that all structure names are unique.
